​Healthy Vietnamese Food

Rice is an indispensable part of Vietnamese cuisine and family meals have become a cultural note in every Vietnamese individual, however, nowadays it has been formed when the current health in our community is prioritized. People are searching for good recipes and diets to reach their health and body’s goals, and Vietnamese food, especially home-cooked meals is becoming less connected with the younger generation. However, the “child” who is living apart from home to discover and enjoy different cultures’ cuisines like me, realize that home-cooked rice is the best, and the traditional eating culture of Vietnamese families with meat, vegetables, rice, and soup ensures nutrition. Before being influenced by various cultures, especially Western ones, Vietnamese people are considered healthy, just like our grandparents' generation.

Rediscovering cultural values in Vietnamese cuisine, Mom’s Rice offers very Vietnamese meals, with sticky rice or baguettes for breakfast, for school, for work, and rice soup for lunch and dinner, just like our mothers cook daily. However, at Mom’s Rice, we prioritize nutrition, quality, and "eating clean". The meals are designed in the Eat Clean style to provide you with enough energy and nutrients in each meal, prioritizing the use of local ingredients. At Mom’s Rice, we also design menus to help you achieve your health goals.

Our vision is to become your "mom’s kitchen". You don't need to change your diet to be healthier; you can still enjoy Vietnamese food and eat clean because we will help you calculate, reduce spices, and design nutritious menus for you. We aim to leverage local produce and process them in accordance with the Eat Clean style, honouring your health and celebrating the rich tapestry of Vietnamese culinary culture.

Our Vision

Our vision is to become your 'mom’s kitchen.' You don't need to change your diet to become healthier; you can still enjoy Vietnamese food and be healthier. We are aiming for a future where Vietnamese cuisine is celebrated as not only diverse but also a culinary culture beneficial to health, akin to Japanese cuisine, Mediterranean cuisine, or healthy eating trends imported from the West. There will be international friends seeking to explore Vietnamese cuisine just as they embrace a healthy lifestyle.
